► Online Application: Applications are accepted only through the official online portal. Offline or manual applications will not be considered.

► Application Confirmation: After successful submission, candidates will receive an Application Number on their registered Mobile Number or Email, which must be preserved for downloading the Admit Card and checking the Result.

► One Candidate, One Application: Each candidate is permitted to submit only one application. Multiple or duplicate applications may be rejected.

► Online Examination: The Merittex Scholarship Examination will be conducted entirely in online mode through the official examination portal.

► Examination Format: The test will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question will have four options, with only one correct answer.

► Examination Duration: Candidates must complete the examination within the allotted 90 minutes. The test will automatically end once the time expires.

► Marking Scheme: No negative marking will be applied for incorrect or unanswered questions.

► System Requirements: Candidates should ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device such as a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer before the examination begins.

► Login Time: Candidates are advised to log in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled examination time to verify their credentials and avoid technical delays.

► Fair Examination Policy: Candidates must follow all instructions displayed on the examination portal. Any attempt to use unfair means, impersonation, or malpractice may lead to immediate disqualification.
